Well, we are excited about the adoption of our newest member, Carmen to our family hopefully within 12 months. We are currently working hard to get our home study completed and start gathering info for the dossier soon.We announced it to some extended family members and found a common interest in adoption that we all did not talk about until last night. The extended family bond has only strengthen with adoption and Down Syndrome.
We are new to blogging and soon opening up our world even more by connecting up with Facebook. We have been due for a social/media technology update in our lives and so it begins. A good thing!

ReplyDeleteI have been praying for Carmen for awhile now & the sunday before you committed I had Carmens name on my church prayer list & have put her on there before but never I have felt relieved to see one of my prayers finally being answered. Back in 2010, my sister donated to her as a christmas gift to me & "santa" did too. I have her ornament hanging on my tree from that year. Even though I have never personally fundraised for Carmen I blogged about her on my blog several times as well. I was so thrilled when I saw her on My family found me page! Looking forward to following your journey & praying for your process.
